Hand-carved from authentic and sustainably sourced Jade.
How to Use
Cleanse your skin, ensuring all make up is removed. Apply a serum or face oil to enable the roller to glide over your skin, just as a massage oil works. This allows extra pressure to be applied and prevents breakage from any pulling or tugging at the skin. Then, starting at the centre of the face, apply a gentle pressure to the roller and use long, sweeping rolls in an outwards direction towards the edges of your face. For use under the eyes, gently sweep the roller outwards, rather than rolling, and for an extra cooling effect on dark circles and puffy eyes, store your roller in the fridge prior to use.
Caring for your Jade Roller
There is no need to wash your roller after every use, just simply wipe it with a soft cloth and wash every now and then. To do this, gently wipe with a warm, slightly soapy cloth. Then rinse the cloth to remove all excess soap and wipe the roller clean, rather than directly rinsing the roller itself. No need to scrub, as this may damage the surface. Dry with a soft, clean towel.
Jade is an ornamental stone, so use of harsh, chemical detergents may damage the surface. The prongs can be tightened by gently squeezing them together, which is helpful if the stone becomes dislodged. You may also wish to oil the prongs now and then if they begin to squeak. A drop or two of oil onto where the prongs hold the Jade will do.
The total length of the roller is approximately 20cm – the roller head approximately 6 x 3.5cm and handle approximately 12cm long. However, as they are hand-carved from raw materials, each roller may vary in size, weight, and colour, ranging from dark green Jade to a paler colour. The colour of the Jade crystal and does not reduce the effectiveness in any way.
